Returns and Refunds Policy

At Pool Robotics Perth, we strive to provide our customers with quality products and excellent service. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product. Our Refunds and Returns Policy outlines your rights and our obligations with regard to product returns.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a product you purchased, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, manuals and be presentable for sale.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., original receipt, order confirmation).

  • A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and administrative costs.

  • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Exclusions: The change of mind policy does not apply to items that that are on clearance or marked as final sale.

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty product, or if your product fails within the designated warranty period, you may be entitled to a replacement or a repair of that product.

  • Eligibility: A product is considered faulty if it is defective, not fit for its intended purpose, or does not match the description provided.

  • Proof of Fault: You may be required to provide evidence of the fault, such as photos, videos or a written description.

  • Process: Contact our customer service team on (08) 9248 8721 to report the fault. We will assess the fault and provide instructions on how to return the product.

  • Repair or Replacement: If the product is deemed faulty, or fails within the warranty period, we will offer you a choice between a repair or replacement based on the product, nature of the fault and the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines. 

Exceptions: This policy covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear over time.

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact our customer service team on (08) 9248 8721 with your order details and the reason for your return.

  2. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.

  3. Return the product in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

  4. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Processing Returns and Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.

  • For change of mind returns, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days minus the 30% restocking fee.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the conditions of this policy are not met.
