Our state-of-the-art repair facility, with 8 repair benches and 6 test tanks across two locations, is equipped with advanced tools for fast, high-quality repairs. Each unit undergoes thorough testing, ensuring your robotic pool cleaner returns in top condition, ready to keep your pool spotless. Lodge your repair with us down below:

Please complete the following steps to lodge your repair request:

1. Lodgement Form Submission:

   • Add the quotation fee to cart and fill out the form pop up.

2. Checkout and Shipping Selection:

   • Complete the checkout process. When selecting your shipping option, please choose "Robot Repair Wangara" or "Robot Repair Jandakot" as your preferred drop-off location.

3. Drop-Off Instructions:

   • Please bring your robotic cleaner to the selected location (either Wangara or Jandakot) during our business hours. Ensure to bring your robot/power supply/cable/charger/etc instore. (Caddy to stay home)

4. Tag Attachment:

   • Upon arrival, look for the allocated drop-off section and locate a repair tag bearing your name. Attach this tag to your robot.

5. Final Step:

   • Once the tag is secured, our team will take care of the rest.

Note: It is essential that you personally drop off your cleaner at the designated store as specified.
