Please complete the following steps to lodge your repair request:
Lodgement Form Submission:
- Fill the quotation fee form out and add to cart.
Checkout and Shipping Selection:
- Complete the checkout process. When selecting your shipping option, please choose “Robot Drop Off Wangara” or “Robot Drop Off Jandakot” as your preferred drop-off location.
Drop-Off Instructions:
- Please bring your robotic cleaner to the selected location (either Wangara or Jandakot) during our business hours. Ensure to bring your robot/power supply/cable/charger/etc instore. (Caddy to stay home) Wangara drop off location report to roller door. Jandakot drop of location report to reception.
Tag Attachment:
- Upon arrival, look for the allocated drop-off section and locate a repair tag bearing your name. Attach this tag to your robot.
Final Step:
- Once the tag is secured, our team will take care of the rest.
Note: It is essential that you personally drop off your cleaner at the designated store as specified.
