Freight Providers

We use both Australia Post and Inter Parcel as our freight providers. You can refer to their terms and conditions below for any questions regarding your item.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all locations within Australia.We do not ship to anywhere outside of Australia.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on orders over AUD $99. Orders below AUD $99 will incur a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

  • Express Shipping: We offer express shipping for an additional fee, which is calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days within metro areas. Delivery times may vary for regional areas.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact us, and we will assist you.

Pick-Up Option

Pool Robotics Perth offers a Click-and-Collect pick-up option at our Malaga location, free of charge.

How to Pick Up

  1. Choose Pick-Up at checkout.

  2. Wait for Confirmation: We’ll email you when your order is ready (typically within 1-3 business days).

Bring: Your order confirmation and a valid photo ID. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, notify us in advance with their name and ensure they have ID.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have restrictions on where they can be shipped due to size, weight, or local regulations. If any such restriction applies to your order, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We strive to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Our team will work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For items that arrive damaged, we kindly ask you to:

  • Retain all packaging materials and the damaged item itself until the issue is resolved.

  • Take clear photos of the item and its packaging, showing any visible damage.

We will assess the damage and, depending on the circumstances, offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund. Please note that failure to report damaged or lost shipments within the specified timeframe may affect the resolution process.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are correct. Pool Robotics Perth is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
