Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a product you purchased, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, manuals and be presentable for sale.
- Proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., original receipt, order confirmation).
- A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and administrative costs.
- The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product.
Exclusions: The change of mind policy does not apply to items that that are on clearance or marked as final sale.
Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty product, or if your product fails within the designated warranty period, you may be entitled to a replacement or a repair of that product.
- Eligibility: A product is considered faulty if it is defective.
- Proof of Fault: You may be required to provide evidence of the fault, such as photos, videos or a written description.
- Process: Contact our customer service team on (08) 9248 8721 to report the fault. We will assess the fault and provide instructions on how to return the product.
- Repair or Replacement: If the product is deemed faulty, or fails within the warranty period, we will offer you a choice between a repair or replacement based on the product, nature of the fault and the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.
Exceptions: This policy covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear over time.
How to Return a Product
- Contact our customer service team on (08) 9248 8721 with your order details and the reason for your return.
- Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
- Return the product in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Processing Returns and Refunds
- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.
- For change of mind returns, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days minus the 30% restocking fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the conditions of this policy are not met.
